I lived at bishop park apts for 2yrs and the first yr was great. the office staff and maintance staff all have been there for years. The apts were run great and the place had a home feeling to it. the staffs all know your name and treated you like a king or qeen. They helped you when you needed it and fixed your problems fast. But then i noticed that the staff started to leave and the quilty of the apts went down hill. It was hard to get things fixed and the office staff treated you like they did not care what your problem was. if a company as big as equity can not keep good people around then why would i want to stay at a place that is starting to look run down and have a don't give a ---- approach. I have call their corp offices and talked to a richard fendwick about some of my problem and he was very rude. if that is what is running this place you can have it. so please think hard about living here.
