The apartments are very nice and spacious. Its too bad that most repairs made to the apartments are poorly done. For the price you pay Luxory Apartments should be Luxory. I was also upset that I arrived to my apartment and had so many issues including a soaked carpet from a water leak. Especially since I had two take lease of the apartment two weeks before I wanted to move in. You would think that it would be ready at the time you start paying rent, much less 2 weeks later when you haven't even moved in yet. The dumpster is always overflowing, the gate is always broken, the pool is often dirty, and the hot tub is broken more often than not. Although that is probably because the abuse it gets from non-residents who seem to use it. I did notice them ripping up the terrible look grass and lay down new mulch and SOD. Must be because school is almost back in session. Got to look good for perspective renters.
