Its like a little oasis off busy 436. its one of the few complexes in the area thats gated, its well lit at night, i think the lights have sensors. Its beautiful here, when my friends come over theyre like wow this is so different from everything else around. i actually feel safe here. THERE ARENT ANY COCKROACHES, unless if you keep your apartment dirty. the staff is really helpful and ontop of things. its cheaper then a lot of places that arent even close to being as nice. all kinds of people live here, theres college students, familys, and older people. Its Seriously Worth Your Time To Look At If You're Moving To The Area. I wouldnt want to live anywhere else, ive been to some of the other complexes, and im deffinately not evnvious of my friends that live elsewhere.

This must have been written by an employee or is a joke! No, I don't have roaches b/c I put all my food (even cereal) in the fridge. But the outside does smell like a sewer, and anyone that visits tells me this. I'm not sure if it's the constantly overflowing dumpster, the so-called "nature preserve," or reclaimed water. Also, the walls are paper-thin, so get used to hearing your neighbors pee and have sex!!! Oh yeah, and the Full Sail students are the best! I especially love the ones that walk around in trench-coats at all hours - I feel really safe w/ them watching over my car in the parking lot.

i'll admit, there used to be a slight smell outside my apartment and up the walkway, but within a week they power washer orr somthing and ive never smelt it since. and ive sen them emptying the trash evermorning, its not there fault if the people that live there overfill it

What's everyone's problem with full sail students? There are way more UCF students here than Full Sail. Trench coats???? HAHAHA you must be a closed minded church going racist. Don't complain about neighbors having sex just because you aren't you're probably some fat ---- who hasn't gotten laid in years!

Full Sail students are college students. We aren't any different then anyone else other then we have a passion and we're dishing out the bucks to acheive it. Sorry you probably went to a ------ school and you're now stuck living in an apartment complex surrounded by 20 year olds.
