Everyone on here who has left a bad review is probably pissed off because they failed to comply with their lease agreement. What you people need to understand is that Bishop Park is an older community, it is near Full Sail so yes there are going to be students that live there. If anyone expects their apartment to be completely perfect, with no problems, and with no noise, then you need to get a house. Stop saying that the staff is horrible and incompetent. Did it ever occur to any of you that maybe they are doing all that they can do' Give them a break. I have never had any problems with anyone in that office. Maybe you should put yourself in their shoes and try to do their job for 1 day and see how long you last. If you pay your rent late and they charge you a late fee, you come on this damn site and leave a bad review. If you break your lease and do not pay the penalty or you fail to give proper notice to the office, you think you shouldnt have to pay because you have been a good resident so you come on this site and leave a bad review..give me a break you sign a lease for a reason! THEY ARE JUST DOING THEIR JOB!!!
Again, if you want everything to be perfect and quite then you need to move into a house so when something goes wrong there you can go cry a river to your mortgage company..and watch them laugh in your face!!
Every single review on here is streached beyond the truth!

This is obviously from the girls in the office because all residents know how horrible it is living there. I did everything right. Paid on time, filled out the right papers to get my air fixed (which didn't happen), filled out the correct forwarding address, paid my last rent on time, and complied with every crazy rule bishop park had. But still i had bugs, huge bugs, no air during summer, fights with the front office, lived in a horrible nasty apartment for a year never again, Thats what I know! And if they were just doing their jobs they wouldnt get so damn fat from sitting on their butts all day! And honestly all these people can't be lying their is always truth even if its stretched! (before you go commenting about all the people on here look how to spell those little words you try and use!)

Oh my did someone strike a chord? Seriously, grow up and stop crying. And no I do not work in the office, I am a resident and it is not horrible. Do you honestly think they can control the bugs? You live in Florida open your eyes there are bugs all over the place or maybe if you tried to clean your apartment you wouldnt have bugs...and maybe before you start to call anyone fat, take a look in the mirror I am sure that anyone who is this nasty, cannot be all that great to look at...

Ok, where to start. I go to UCF full time and I have a full time job. Are you kidding me? Full Sail AND you're pulling out loans to live? You are going to be in debt for the rest of your life. But to get off of that topic, this is a forum about the apartment complex, not to attack and slander the people on it. So for real, if you have nothing to say, just don't bother. I know for a fact that there are better places closer to us and trust me, when my lease is up I will be there in a heartbeat. Most of these complaints were about actual problems with the facility and apartment complex alone, if you don't like it then don't read it. It's a matter of opinion and just because you didn't have a problem doesn't mean that it's a great place, it just means that other people did have problems worth noting. But don't bother commenting if all you're going to do is stick up for the fact that you're a Full Sail student, nobody cares.

I think this was written by BP staff. Have you ever looked at the entrance sign??? It says "LUXERY APARTMENT HOMES" on the entrance. I have had 2 big problems with Bishop Park: 1) the units are not kept up well (mine was even dirty when I moved in), and 2) the staff is purposely malicious, spiteful, and overtly rude. I've experienced it first-hand with every encounter with them. I have not given them reason to be this way; they just are. (And by the way, I'm a professional, take graduate classes part-time, I am NOT a Full Sail student, and I have ALWAYS paid my rent on time, been quiet, and been a good resident in every way possible.)

"Maybe you should put yourself in their shoes and try to do their job for 1 day and see how long you last." Are you serious? Its a leasing job not rocket science. If you cant do the job then quit. Yes, the gates never work but hey here's a thought... FIX THEM (again not rocket science). And if you have to keep fixing them (which is what they told us and that it's very expensive) then maybe get a better gate. Or better yet take those F'ers down and quit adv. you got a gated community. Gates are only useful when they work. What resident would write a review about: A. Doing their job for a day and see how long you last B. late fees C. Breaking your lease and failing to give proper notice People on here are writing about roaches, dog poop, crappy staff, and broken gates... not leases and late fees. Give us a break. When I was at Bishop the staff was actually pretty good but that was 4 years ago. You wanna stick up for them because there's so many people saying they suck but if people think the staff sucks and there's a lot of reviews to back it up, well then they (lets face it- you) probably suck. Dont try to come with this "stretched beyond the truth" bs. Do a better job or quit. Again it's not rocket science. Maybe this just isn't your thing sweetie.

I moved into the complex about six months ago with my fiance. I've already finished my undergad and graduate work and am at a different point of life than some of the other residents in school. I've got to tell you, and anyone else who might read this, that the people in the front office have been nothing but friendly and helpful with me. I don't know what the complaints are for. Also, I really enjoy living here. It's not noisy, the apartment is very affordable and there is more square footage here than anywhere else I looked before moving in. And in case anyone accuses me (like I see previously written), I do not work for the complex.

"I go to UCF full time and I have a full time job." why don't you try going to Full Sail??? we have classes for eight hours a day and are forced to finish projects in one month not 3-4 months ---- face! "oh i go to UCF i have 1 hour classes waaaaaa.....waaaaa!
