Where to start. I had a list of things that needed to be fixed when I moved in. Of that list not one item was actually fixed. The maintenance guys are a bunch of flunkies. I have asked four times for my dripping faucet to be fixed. They just ignore it and "fix" the other complaints.
When they installed the new dishwasher, they created a flood under my sink. Their way of fixing a soaked particle board is to jut put some vinyl flooring on top of it. No see, nothing wrong. I had a water leak in the water heater closet. I put a pencil mark aroung the water mark to see it was a current leak. The water mark got bigger. Know how they fixed that. They just spray painted the water mark with a paint that won't let the water mark show back through so I couldn't see there was a water leak. Magically fixed.
My screeens were not attached when I moved in. I was told they had to order some screen. That was 6 months ago and I have sent two letters asking for that among other things to be fixed.
Over all they haven't fixed anything properly or at all and I have asked several times for the same items to be fixed.
I pay an extra $20 a month for my dog. What do I get for that - NOTHING. The first two months I was here the dog poop bags stations were sometimes filled. Now they are never filled. Also the place is infested with fleas, ticks and fire ants. My dog is on preventative but I have to walk her to go the bathroom and I have been bitten by fleas, ticks and fire ants. After bringing her in from a walk, I comb her and get two to three ticks off her each time. With the number of animals here they get enough money to cover the cost of spraying and providing dog poop bags.
But they can spend thousands of dollars on new landscaping.
