Bishop Park Apartments

I havnt moved in yet but I agree with the guy below me, this place is much nicer than what every one is saying it is
When you move in they offer to change and fix any thing you dont like with in the first 30 days free, you can move to any other properties owned the apartment company, and there in just about any major metro area in the united states, with out breaking your lease, the landscaping looks fantastic and they have deals all the time. just visit there web site it changes every day I got 50 bucks off a month my apartment here.
although the insides of the apartments are a bit minimalist and not the biggest you still can do a lot with the place, at night its quiet, even with all the collage kids around. I'm very excited to move in and will report back to how it stands up

Good luck! Just you wait. We felt the same as you when the lease was signed. They do offer to fix anything but remember, they are suppose to fix it. They have a maintenance staff that should fix anything anyway, during the whole time you live there. It IS an apartment complex. The problems are not noticeable for a few months, but like others, you will see. Get back with all of us within the next year. Please watch out for the different kinds of bugs (especially the small ones that are not easily seen) and the mold/mildew. Keep track of how often you get sick or have allergy problems. You will find the expense for all the doctor's visits will take care of that $50 discount you are getting. They will also conveniently forget about the ways of "not breaking your lease". They will not work with you at all. Like I said, Good Luck...

The person above me is right, I was in and out of the doctor's quite often when I lived there. Now that I'm out I'm clear as a bell. Not to mention my rabbit constantly had parasites while living there and was also in and out of the vet, quite a large fee I might add. They did not want to acknowledge any of it and since I have moved neither I nor my rabbit have had a single health issue. The maintenance agrees before you move in to fix anything, yes, but that was not the case for me or many others I have spoken with that lived there. I was excited to move in too but quickly let down once I got there. Like the person above me said, good luck, hopefully you will have a better experience than we had.

Well in defense of the original post, I've been here for about 2 years, yeah there are some negative things like LAZY BASTARDS WHO REFUSE TO PUT THEIR TRASH IN THE DUMPSTER AND LEAVE IT 2 FEET AWAY FROM THE DUMPSTER! But every situation is different and I've had issues with maintanence but ever since they fired the head maitnence , guy, Jose' I think it was, and replaced him, I haven't had any problems. As far as this direct area of Winter Park... NOT ORLANDO... it is the nicer. I know people who live in Nob Hill across the street, Sun Key about a mile away, University Walk, 1/2 mile away, Seabrook, Casselton, Auvers village, and many others. Trust me, Bishop Park is the nicer of all of the ones I have listed. Seabrook is a little clean and the security gate works. One nicer place and more expensive is The Harbor just up the road on 436 in Casselberry. If you're looking for a cheaper place you're gonna find a worse place! What's that saying... you get what you pay for. If you want a nice place you gotta pay for it. If you want nice wine you don't buy it in a box do you???? The only reason I'm living here is because it is all I can afford at the moment. Of course if I can afford a nicer place I will move... who wouldn't if you have the money? I think some people come on this site just to complain a lot, which is fine, but if someone puts a positive remark on a place everyone jumps down their throat. And about the login name.... at least they have the balls to put it up and not post anonymously! My point is if you want nicer places then pay MORE $$$$, but most average people like me can't afford The Lofts in Winter Park because I'm not rich. I've lived in 5 different apartment homes in 3 different states and Bishop Park is one of the nicer if not the nicest. Unfortunately living in an apartment complex sucks because there are things out of your control like LAZY BASTARDS WHO REFUSE TO PUT THEIR TRASH IN THE DUMPSTER AND LEAVE IT 2 FEET AWAY FROM THE DUMPSTER! But if want a slice of paradise in FL DON'T MOVE TO ORLANDO! It's the 6th most dangerous city in America! And if you want a decent apartment then do your research like you should and pick the one that best suits you...
