My girlfriend has been robbed TWICE -- her laptop and her car, and when she wanted to move out, BP management made her pay two months rent. The leasing agent we spoke to claimed "We cannot guarantee your safety."

Let me reiterate that --
it could even be their slogan:

Bishop Park
"We cannot guarantee your safety."

The word inflexibility is perfect.
They are even going to charge her rent on the apt, even theough we've moved out, cleaned it, and turned in the keys, because she can't find her gate key --

the gate key to the gate that is ALWAYS OPEN because it is ALWAYS BROKEN. Not only that, the key card was most likely INSIDE THE STOLEN CAR! But does Bishop Park care' Nope. Stereotypical nasty landlord situation here...

I haven't even STARTED with the flawed maintenance and uncaring staff. BEWARE! Looks can be deceiving. This place is like a tinsel-covered-turd.

I totally agree!!! I don't understand why they are such gate card ----'s. The gates never work, yet they held our $40 deposit for each card, even though we returned them in good condition 'cause they were never used!!! These cards cost the complex about a dollar, yet we paid $40 for each card!!! They are swindlers!!!!

The cards cost $35 ;) but in reality this is the same at every complex in the area. I have had friends robbed at different complexes and the same thing happened to them. It sucks, but the policy is the same no matter where you go.
