I cannot wait until my lease is up and move out of this wretched place!!!! The management will smile to your face, before signing lease, but then afterwards, good luck with anything you need! The maintenance is deplorable and usually takes them 2 or 3 times to get it right. I agree with other people who commented on the trashiness of the place! The gates are always broken, there is always loud music and parties to be heard, not just from other apartments, but from the parking lot as well at all hours of the night! The buildings are getting moldier by the day, and I notice they took the work luxury off the sign out front! I think the only people who write nice comments about this place are secretly management!

ugh!!! The property always smelled like that rotten trash! I'm so glad that I don't have to see that garbage mess anymore. I said so long to BP6 months ago, and it was one of the happiest days of my life.

God I almost want to spend my own money and buy another dumpster. Taking the trash out is the biggest thing I dread. There is something fundamentally wrong with that. Fix some sh-- bishop park! I know you read these
