I have been reading the comments about this place for a few weeks. I find the dispatch between those who like it and those that don't interesting! The reason I am even looking at this site is because I have had a bad experience with Bishop Park that I find unacceptable! I have noticed the comments between several factions, and I am agreeing with the person who states that it must be management promoting Bishop Park in several of the comments! I agree that the average tenant that lives in this place would not say, "Spacious 2 bedroom apartments, or, tiled bathrooms"! This is a ridiculous attempt at the people who run this place to make it look good! I, myself, have stepped in dog waste outside of my apartment door! (Heck, I have stepped in human feces outside of the door to the workout room, which was reported, but never cleaned up, took weeks for it too just go away!) I will not even try and swim in the pool, it has something growing up the sides of the pool that the obvious promotion photos don't show! The pool tiles are broken in many places, and the Jacuzzi usually smells, or has debris floating in it. The beautiful fountain of the photos is from a distance and does hide the trash floating in the lake. I have many things in my apartment that I have requested to be fixed, that are still in a state of "being fixed" after months of asking. Management is very nice, they just smile to your face and don't do anything about the problem!
If I sound disgruntled, it is because I am! I have also complained many times to management about noise, with no results. I have complained about the constantly broken "security gates" only to be tole they cannot do anything to the culprits or they can be sued, even though I have had strange people knocking at my door in the middle of the night begging for money. I have never been late with the rent, have never had a complaint; do I not also have rights'
