I have lived here for alomst a year, and plan to renew my lease. I have lived in several apts in the same area, and out of them all this is by far the nicest, cleanest, and quietest that i have seen. For those that say it is noisy because of traffic, well, you saw the area before you moved in right... you know of the traffic situation on Goldnerod and University before you actually move in, so it is something I was aware of, and willing to deal with.



The fireplace is great during the winter months, and the maitenance staff is always there within a couple hours of our calls.



The only complaint that I do have is that we do not have a courtesy officer living on the premises. On the one occassion I had a noise complaint, I had to call Orange County, which just seemed a bit over doing it.



Overall I would highly recommend living here. It is very "homey" and realtivley quiet.

One more thing- Yes the gate is broken a lot but if people didnt DRIVE THROUGH the gate becuase they are tailgating, maybe it wouldn't be. I don't get mad at the complex for the broken gate, i get mad at the people that tailgate me in, and then break the gate. In most cases it is friends of people trying to get in, so don't get mad at the complex get mad at those people that actually break the gate.
