I have moved into this place because I did not have enough time to find an alternative and chose Calibre Bend because of its fancy look. Don't do the same mistake I made. I started regretting this choice more and more.

It all began with little things. Bugs in my living room, bugs in my kitchen, bugs in my bathroom were as I thought Florida-related problems. Well, only in cheap places usually the whole year or here, in Calibre Bend.
I have little flies in my kitchen (even though I barely ever cook and my place is clean), little bugs crawling in my cabinets - disgusting. Last time I had friends here a cockroach flew through my apartment. That was embarassing as everybody gave me the impression that my place is a mess and I pay more than all my other friends.
The neighbours are mixed in every meaning, but I mostly hear pumping beats from my neighbours stereos all day and night. Every noise complaint has been left unanswered, nor did it change anything. Living across from the dumpster also includes heavy smells and the trash compound is almost never clean. Once every two weeks, there are excessive piles of trash. Nobody feels responsible.

The washer and dryer unit failed numerous times and caused excessive power bills, $20 higher than usually. Finally, Animal Patrol caught my two little cats I just got while they were playing outside. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place.

Uhhh... keep your cats inside. Nothing more annoying than cats walking around spraying your porch and front door.
