I am a senior at UCF and my husband and I had to move from Orlando to come to the East coast of Florida.... otherwise we would never have left "the bend" as we call it. If anything broke they fixed it ASAP. Never had any problems with noisy neighbors except for a few children playing outside in the early evening. I painted the walls, had a cat, and hung pictures on the wall. These people that are complaining about charges should have purchased a 4$ can of spackle and a 15$ can of paint. That is what I did and I got 350$ of my deposit back! The office staff was always super nice and very helpful. The pool was always clean and nothing felt better than sitting up on my second story porch in the morning with a cup of tea. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live. If I ever move back to Winter Park I'll be back in Calibre Bend.
