It's ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! If you put that much money (over $800) into your home then you should get alot more than what they are giving. I live in another major city now and my rent is over $200 less than what I was paying at Calibre Bend. And the community is alot nicer and safer!!! Do more researching before choosing this place...

The staff, except for a couple of maint. guys, is horrible and incompetent. It was ok at first but things quickly took a change for the worst. Beware.

...Had a leak, because of a crack in the foundation or something, that caused mold to grow and made me ill. It took them FOUR MONTHS to get someone out to fix it...they had to get "THE RIGHT BID" from the contractor *rolls eyes*. And those bastards wouldn't even put me in a different unit.

The gates were always broken, my car was broken into, there have been home and car breakin's. Had some loud neighbors. The lights in the parking lot were always out (even after being reported)
