I lived here for 3 years in the Dover plan feel and it is one of the best apartment communities in the metro Orlando area. The property is very convenient to Winter Park shopping and dining. Maintenance is great (JD, you rock!) The office staff has always been helpful and when the management company changed, the level of service got even better! The property grounds always look nice, and the staff got the place back together pretty quickly after the hurricanes in 2004. It's a pretty quiet complex, considering the number of college studebts living here.

I would definitely recommend these apartment homes!

Maintenance is not "awesome". They take "forever" to fix things. And on top of that they know all the major appliances in this place are old as the hills. Yet they come out and "look" at things and claim they don't see/hear the problem or they blame it on you. Come on! Just replace the stuff. It's not rocket science.
