I moved here b/c my school recommended this complex. Only to find that it is terrible.
The gate, you never know if it will be open or closed since it is irregular.
The management is flaky half the time and unprofessional and illiterate the other half.
The property is usually filthy with beer cans and vomit.
The garbage dumpster is always overflowing.
And practically everything in my apartment has required a work order (within the 3 months I have lived here). Washing machine, leaky faucets, ...

i hate this place

I had a similar experience with this complex...Mold started growing in my bedroom because of a crack in the foundation or something(they never fixed it, I couldn't even sleep in my bedroom), things were always broke, my car was broken into, multiple apartment break-ins, etc...They are not worth what they charge. Hope you find a better place

Couldn't disagree more. I have lived here for over 2 yrs with barely a complaint. I love it. Only complaint is that it's a bit pricy, but for the comfort and the quiet, cozy atmosphere, I can't complain. I have no idea what part of the complex you lived in, but I have never seen it littered with beer cans and vomit. At the most severe, you will find some asshats burgerking bag in your parking spot, or a few lazy jerks who walk their garbage up to the dumpster, but don't actually take the extra 2 seconds to put it IN the dumpster. Typical of any apt complex.
