Priced for location but not for quality

Loved the location.

If you like outdated air conditioner compressors creating large electric cost then this is the apartment complex for you.
Excellent location for Full Sail & UCF students not concerned about the extra cost.

Renovations have improved the outer looks but remember: If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, looks like a duck, it must be a duck
