Best deal in Winter Park!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Have now been here a year and very pleased to renew my lease. Rent went up -- hold on to your hat -- a whole $8. And this year all the windows in the complex were replaced (with very high quality materials). Staff very congenial and always helpful, safety patrols every night, everything maintained beautifully. I don't want to live anywhere else.
