This place is awesomely priced! It's the best deal around this area, by far, for such a large townhouse (with a patio/plant area!). It's nice not to be living around a bunch of college kids partying all the time; at night you can actually hear the crickets... it's quiet, safe, everyone is fairly friendly. When we moved in we had brand new appliances, new carpet and fresh paint, fairly modern fixtures... it was far from outdated. It's true though that there are a lot of retired people living here. I've personally never had a real problem with anyone who lives here (except for a nasty woman that yelled at a pizza guy while she was driving by for parking "too far out in the road"). The maintenance people respond quickly to problems, there's a 24 hour security patrol, staff is always friendly. All it takes from you to live here is to be polite and friendly, people often like to say hello, wave or even chat a bit to or from the laundry mat.

The only thing that pisses me off is the fact that people haul-ass and often are riding right on your butt when driving into the complex (though I suppose this is an all too familiar thing in Orlando); also, it's common that people throw the car into reverse here without even looking behind them; several older ladies own large SUVs and trucks that they can't see over the steering column, so that's always fun. Other then that, this is a great place to live.
