We have lived at The Glen for more than five years and have enjoyed making this place our temporary home while saving to build our house. Even though not what you would consider "luxury apartment homes", The Glen is comfortable, clean and well maintained by its attentive management and staff, and overall is an excellent value for the dollar. The large great room and kitchen is the best feature, which is difficult to find in any price range. The only drawback perhaps is that most of the tenants are students, of which some tend to be irresponsible, inconsiderate of their neighors and fail to respect the property for which they lease. Often apartment complexes which provide student housing are faced with "Living Hell" challenges - which could be a concern for the working professional or retired couple. However, the management and security at The Glen of Winter Park are courteous and professional, and address problem issues as quickly as possible with effective results. Fortunately, in our unit we have very good neighbors. Overall, we are satisfied and recommend this property.
