Good place if you're young with a roomate

This complex is fine if you're a student with a roomate. Not great for families. Most things written about complex are true. While certain noise issues that arise are be irritating, they are usually taken care of as best as management can. If you get an upstairs apt, you rarely hear your neighbors. I had a very loud neighbor once but I never heard them through the walls. You can hear noise from outside, that's it. The complex grounds are taken care of pretty well. Very clean. Nice landscaping. Move here if you are a student or single in early career and you'll most likely be happy. Management and staff were courteous and friendly.
