It was a roomy place. But the noise levels at 2am were unbelievable. I could hear people arguing in the complex next to me and drums below me at all hours of the day. Many people smoke, what I don't want to know. All in all, I'm thankful to be leaving. Also, many maintance problems listed were due the fact that we had a lazy maintenance guy, he has been fired due to sexual realtions with a tenant. Our new maintance guy is awesome! he fixes anything and does it right the first time! But it feels a little unsafe since recently I have been hearing people threaten each other with violence.
