They do not clean the breezeways, walkways,or stairways. It smells like garbage when you walk out of your apartment. It really smells terrible in the back parking lot. The only clean-up or improvements that take place are once a year before inspection. The 2 ladies in the office are pathetic. You may as well be talking to yourself when you need something from one of them. They are mean, vindictive, they lie, and they can be really cruel to people.
A lady just fell and went to the hospital because the railing on the stairways broke. They never checked to see how she was doing after she was knocked unconscious and had to go to the hospital by ambulance. They did rush to fix the railing and clean up the garbage that she slipped on while she was in the hospital. They did take time to make fun of her and call her terrible names. They refuse to fix anything until someone gets hurt or there is an inspection. They just don't care! Crime in the apartments is on the rise.
The office staff asked several renters to write positive reviews to post so check with several renters yourself before you sign a lease. The ladies in the office ( and I do use the word "ladies" loosely)have this little click with a few renters and they will gossip about anyone and everyone. The owner is as cheap as they come. There is no descent place for the children to play. He refuses to make any improvements. The apartments are old and need to be renovated. They are full of mold and everything in the apartments is cheap. They will paint and put new carpet in your apartment before you move in because you will pay for it with the portion of your deposit that is nonrefundable. However, don't let the new paint and carpet fool you!
