i read the previous review and i honestly could not disagree more. I lived at Hidden Pond for 3 years and never had any of the same issues. I had a one bedroom and loved it. The only reason i moved was because of a job out of state and i miss the space i had now that i don't have it. the apartment itself was huge (my favorites: the kitchen and the bathroom and the closet space). If i saw a bug, which i think i did maybe 2 times, the bug guy was out the week i called. The only times I saw the police was at night when they walked around. one night i was waiting for a friend in the parking lot and i started up a conversation with one cop and he said that Hidden Pond hired the police to walk around at night. Another aspect i liked was that my apartment was near everything. I went to school at Valencia and one campus was about a mile away. There were plenty of shopping around. I also liked the fact that the laundry room was inside the building which are always lighted. The girls in the office were great and helpful. There were numerous times i got lost (being new to the area) and they would help me. The pool was beautiful and very relaxing. I never had problems with noise at night. During the day, i didn't mind if someone played their music.
