Rent is cheap for a reason. There's no parking. Carpet must have been over 5 years as it was the nastiest, dirtiest thing to pass inspection. There are stains on the ceiling and if there's a storm, get those buckets out or you'll have a flood in your apt. Light switches didn't work and when maintenance came, they said there was nothing they could do, so I had to turn on lamps manually the whole time living there. Music is played so loud night and day. Can't sleep from all the music vibrating off the walls. You share a hallway with 20 strangers so you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls, even when they're just talking.Electric bills are extremely high since the AC units are so old and there's no efficiency. You've been warned!
