man, i dont even know where to begin with this place. take my advice and dont live here. they have rats. and when i say rats, i mean rats the size of your head. i was out walking my dog at night time and i saw a rat coming out of a hole in our apt. then we heard scrambling noises on our roof, and we knew what it was. the maintenance ppl took forever to patch up the hole where the rats were coming into, because of their lack of service they provided we had to live with rat noises for about 4 months. these noises were like ppl running up and down and i kid you not. then when we finally got rid of the rats, there was mold, and lots of it. it got so bad that my mother couldnt sleep in her master bedroom for weeks. so if you want to live in a place where you get harrassed by ghetto guys everyday, inhale mold while you sleep, and here rats thats sound like twice your size live here. but be warned, you will not get your moneys worth.

I WITNESSED A TERMITE PROBLEM AT HIDDEN POND APTS,AND SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY APT AND BROKE MY DOOR DOWN. THE COPS CAME ECT. THERE IS A POLICE REPORT ON THIS INCIDENT.
