I don't see how anyone can complain about these apartments. Where else can you find a 750 square ft. apartment, in good sturdy condition, in a nice neighborhood, where you're actually allowed to PAINT YOUR WALLS, for under $550'!'!'! My other half and I have been here since August 2004, and we've never had any problems with crime, noise, parking, maintenance not keeping up with things, or bugs, save for a few ants sometimes that are easy to take care of. The location couldn't be better too. Walking distance from Fuji Sushi and the K-Mart shopping center, right down the road from Denny's, right around a corner from the Enzian, and right around the other corner from Winter Park Village. Everyone I've met here so far has been nice as well. The only flaw I can think of is what another reviewer mentioned about the AC being somewhat old, making your electric bills higher. But the rent being so low makes up for that in my opinion.
