The quality of the apts is crap , the leasing office is more like MI-6 and does a great job at knowing everything thats going on about you.
The people that service this place look like they were NASA rejects - and you'd better speak spanish if you want anything done.
IMO these are not bad considering the price , you do get what you pay for and it's getting much much better. I'd say the quality of life has become much better since the adjoining complex went condos and got all of the section 8 housing out.
Also hidden pond went foward with numerious evictions concerning tenants dealing drugs.
The riff-raff is gone and the price is going up
