Let me just start buy saying that there is a good and a bad to every situation and Hidden Pond Apartments is no exception. I have been living here for over 2 years now and I have yet to have a real problem. I have read all the previous complaints on this site and I cannot believe they are talking about Hidden Pond. They must live in another building, because in my building I do not have to deal with all that stuff. The only complaint that I have about Hidden Pond is that it is not new. These are older apartments and the buildings look like that. They are not crappy, slum apartments by any means, they just do not look as great as some other ones I've seen. Come see for yourself. Other than that, it is fine with me, buy you cannot get too upset with older apartments if you are still paying older prices. Newer apartments do look better I agree, but the tenants are paying newer prices too! I have not had a problem with maintenance, management, parking, or the neighbors. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is on a tight budget because the prices are good. If you do not have money growing out of your ears, you just can't afford to be too picky. Before you decide to move somewhere anyway, you should take a look at the place. Don't just take the words of angry disgruntled former tenants who need a place to vent on this site.
