I have been here since Oct 7 2006. Since I moved in I have had nothing but trouble. Starts from the Ac not working correctly. Maintance ppl coming in and leaving my balcony door open. Getting a high water bill due to a leak from the hot water heater and last but not least the neighbor next door. I am unable to watch tv in the living room bc he hears my tv. The worst part is my living room and his apartment is seperated by my room. I have told the apt and they tell me he has been there for yrs and if i can move my bed to the other side of the wall and my tv in my living room. he is consistly knocking on my wall in my room and my door. I was told he has done this with proir neighbors to. They refuse to do anything about this. I have informed them of all this and not once recieved a Sorry. I cant wait to get out of here..
