I have only lived here since August of 2007. The office was nice and helpful when we moved in. Now god for bid you ask them to do something, nothing will get done. The office staff is no help to any one. There month to month fee is outragious. I can't wait to get out of here. Maintance is no help either. Our water bill for two people is $50 a month. Our tub leaks which they can't fix. I've called them to ask them to fix our front door and patio door they are craked, not fixed yet since August, we had snake in the bathroom because of the door crack. What if he was dangerous and we got bite. Anyways we didn't but the fact is we pay so much money for lazy woman in the office that can't even tell a guy to fix something right. Also the parking is bad. People parallel behide our parking spaces and makes hard to back out of your spot without trying to hit your naighbors car. Never move here and any other residents living here now get out when you can. There are so many other apartments much cheaper, safer, and with better office staff.
