I've seen apartment complex run better in the getto and i don't mean FLorida getto i mean NEW York Getto.
The complex itself is old and needs alot of TLC. the owner, Mark Sarna of SARna Enterprises, is located in New Jersey, so he does not know what happens to his property accually i think he doesn't care and just wants the money. As i was saying the complex is old the apartments are hugh and nice but the Windows dont work and so make you electric bill go sky high. the plumbing doesn't work and they keep hiring these cheap plumbers to do half ass work just to keep the tenant quiet. the landscaping was upgraded not so long ago but like everything else in like it needed to be taken care of but, it wasn't so now when you look at it it seems to be dead. The managment team leaves a sour taste in your mouth, the so called Manager "jennifer" pretends to be nice and sweet but when you have a ligitamit problem she saids she'll help but nothing ever gets done or it will be fix for the moment. The assistant manager who was just promoted from leasing agent, "J.C" does not do anything but run people off when she needs to house a family member. i think most of her family lives here. and the lease changes to accomodate them. sometimes i dont even think the owner knows whats going on. if you ask for the owners name and number so you can complain they will not give it to you. i had to do some digging to get the info: so i'm going to pass it down to you.

What exactly did you have a problem with that she didn't help you? Why not ask for another apartment if you were unhappy with the first one? What exactly ARE you complaining about anyway?
