Horrible place....A/C brake constatntly, laundry rooms are horrible and you loose you rmoney every time you try to dry your clothes

Okay, so you had some a/c problems, but that is fixable. There are seven laundry rooms in the complex, and one around the corner in the shopping complex too. If one more person says that their neighbors are the reason they don't like it here....Come on, man! That's like saying "I don't like my job b/c Susy smells bad." One has nothing to do with the other.

I do agree... Tracy is it?...with you're last line but I will correct you on one thing, this place is far from crap!!!! I absolutely love it here! And I seriously doubt you went "an entire year" without a/c! No one would be able to stand that!

I want to know who the hell this alwayspimpin person is, management possibly? Although if it was management they would know that yes, I did go for over a year without proper air conditioning. The ductwork was destroyed and no air went back to my bedrooms and bathroom. I complained about it, they checked it out and said it was fine and to just get used to living in Florida. I finally got up there myself and saw that I was cooling my attic! I told other residents about the problem and some found they had the same problem. So alwayspimpin, stick with your own facts and how you feel about the place. If you love it, great! I, along with many others, have not had such a good time there. And yes, this is Tracy.
