I JUST MOVED IN A FEW WEEKS AGO AND MY APARTMENT IS BEAUTIFUL! I HAVE ALL NEW CABINETS COUNTERTOPS CARPET AND VINYL AND WOW IS IT NICE & ROOMY! SOME ISSUES HERE AND THERE BUT NOTHING MAJOR. THEY FORGOT TO PUT UP MY BACK DOOR BLIND AND I WAS MISSING SOME VERTICAL SLATS....THEY HAVE SINCE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. THE A/C WORKS GREAT AND THE APPEARANCE IS NICE AND CLEAN. AS FAR AS MAINTENENCE.....WE'LL SEE HOW FAST MY PROBLEMS ARE TAKEN CARE OF....IT'S STILL TOO SOON TO TELL. I'LL GIVE AN UPDATE LATER.
