I have been here just a year and I have a had a great experince. I moved in last summer to one of the new apartments and I love it. The office staff is very nice and personable. When I call in a maintenance request they have been handled in a very efficent manner, for instance at the begining of the summer my a/c needed to be replaced, I was kept informed thru the whole process by both the office and maintenance as the unit had to be ordered. This took a total of 3 days from the time I made the request. I was given a temporary unit to use in the mean time. My renewal was a different experience from any other apartment I've ever lived in. The office set an appointment with me and walked thru my apartment with me to see if anything was needed and brought the lease with them for me to sign, that was so convenient. Needless to say I renewed my lease and will be here for at least another year and would reccommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new home.
