i picked this place because it seemed to be the cheapest in the area. but with the water bills, multiple fridge and a/c leaks, ROACH INFESTATION, the off-putting management, the darkness, and the dampness, and a long list of other problems, i would never recommend this place to anyone. not even for your very first apartment. if only i had been warned sooner. i am a nice person normally. i have a new vendetta. my neighbors are nice...and they hate it as well.

Everything this poster said is true, and they havent even began to sum it up....move somewhere else. That place should be torn down, and turned into a parking lot, or bought out, and completely remodeled. Start by axing the office staff...White trash rednecks that could care less about you as a tenant. Try the newly remodeled property across the street, and behind Steak and Shake.
