What is wrong with some people! Trash talkin my home'! I can tell you from experience this place is great! Obviously this person had other issues! Maybe they paid their rent late or were trying to break their lease and skip out or something! All I know is there aint nothin wrong with my apartment! I've never had a roach...then again I keep a clean house! I mean...pest control is only here EVERY Thursday!!! And maint. is good too! The office staff is friendly, courteous and gets the job done! Thanks Keri =)!! Anyway, I'm sure everone out there knows you can't read too much into these reviews. If you want to know, you've gotta check the place out and be your own judge.

Hmm....its highly suspect that this was posted by either Jennifer, or JC. Keri is brand new here, who would know her by name and make this place out to be some sort of Shangri La. In short, the office attitude sucks, they could care less...ESSPECIALLY JC. (Everything is an arguement with her) Maintinence has to be THE WORST Ive seen, (and Ive lived in a lot of apartments) The water bill isnt billed per unit. They take the entire property cost and split it amongst the residents, (INCLUDING THE WASH ROOMS & POOLS) So if you live alone, and never use the water, you still pay 60$ per month in water bills. When the place was built, they buried the water mains in concrete below the buildings, so if theres a problem, look forward to a jack hammer in your kitchen!!! Again, the attitudes suck, and the maintinence is un-forgivable. I left in June, and have saved a ton in cash, and grief ever since. Try one of the newly renovated properties in the area, and skip this dump. The rent may be cheaper, but youll spend more in your utilities, and putting up with the crap service/attitudes.

couldn't have said it better myself. of course people who have written bad reviews might have wanted to break their lease or had some issues...these are the kinds of issues that create instant bad attitudes from the office. i do like keri, but i feel bad for her being a newbie dropped in the middle of this ---- hole. i'm not getting anything out of this. i honestly hope people won't make the same mistakes as i've made by moving into this place!
