I'am not Jeniffer or JC I'm a regular resident,and have lived here for 7 years, this is an affordable,nice,spacious,safe place to live in winter park,so I'm taking some of my time to review it,I just wish there were washer and dryer hookups,everything else is great,is obvious that the only people that have the time to sit and write this bad reviews are the bums that don't work and therefore have no money to pay rent and get kicked out and wanna get back at the staff

i currently live here and it sucks. I thought it was a nice place until around 3 months of living here. This place is aweful and after the new change in management it has gone to he** in a hand basket. I have a job and pay my rent on time. So this is an honest response. If this place is all that great to you, have you lived in a truely nice place?
