I just moved into this apartment 2 months ago. I moved into a 2/2, however one of the bathrooms has yet to have functional hot water. Wouldn't you know it' Mine. Repair guys come, they say the parts are old, and they can't fix it. The exhaust fan in that bathroom, is a oven grate thats been drilled into the ceiling. It's a hollow hole above with hanging wiring. If you ask me' Stay the hell away.
