Since my husband, myself and 11yr old daughter have moved here (less than 6months ago...we have had nothing but problems. When we fist went to move in (which had been secured a month previously...all utilities ect ready to go for our move in) we ended up in a hotel for 3 days. The apt. the y had for us was INFESTED with roaches and ants. They were crawling on the walls and ceilings. The master tub had serious leaking problems under the tub plus a huge hole in the side of the tub that was caulked togeather. We then were promised (by management and their corp. office we would be reembursed for the charge of all utilities haveing to be turned off and relocated to our new address on property as well as the expense of the moving truck which couldn't be unloaded ...ect. We received one month rent free for our inconviences but nothing else. Now were under new management which seems nice enough but arent willing to help us out for all of the things we were promised. Our biggest problem was we were moving from out of state and had no choice but to take this apt..or be consdered homeless. We couldnt do that because of my daughter starting a new school. Which by the way because of the apt. management and there lack of being able to do a job right( clean the apt and have all repairs and bugs gone) my daughter ended up missing her first week of school. The security gates have not worked since the day we moved in and werent even given a key. I had to beg borrow and just about steal a key to the work out room. I was finally given a key when new managment took over and I complained aobut wait over 3 months for a key. The new property manager gave me his key when I complained and said it was rediculous that I was going to have to wait an addtln 2 weeks for a lock smith to come out and make new keys. I am paying for security gate-not working, workout room- only one peice working, baskball cout-closed down, play room-closed down. I was pumped full of sunshine but it looks like a storm has hit. I could go on and on and on about the awful experience I have had but I dont want to bore you the reader...take my experience and procced with great caution!!! I am giving the new management 2 months to prove themselves otherwise we are going to move. Also these apartments have turned to condo's...they have been on the market as the Milan condo's for almost a year and to date the only sales they have made are to management staff. Not much of a sale!!!
