The bad, the good & the ugly
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 1/22/2007
Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I currently live in these apartments - I can't wait until my lease is up in July.
THE BAD:
The new manager is always in a bad mood and barely speaks when she sees you. The walls are so thin that I can very clearly hear my neighbor cough. I can hear his television and I can hear his conversaions on the phone. The fire alarm goes off 1nce a month to a point that the residents don't even leave the building anymore. If there was a real fire we'd all get burned. The energy in the building is pretty drab- most people are not friendly. The closets are small and make sure you read your lease - they are very strict about little things and it makes you feel uncomfortable living there. There are people working on the parking lot all the time because of a sewage problem. You can smell it. Don't go in the fitness center between 9&11am - the personal trainer takes over and it feels like she really doesn't want you to use it.
THE GOOD: The maintenance guy is great! He's thorough and fixes things quick. Martha is nice and is probably the nicest person in the building. It's safe, a good location, and modern. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!
THE UGLY:
Most of the people that live there are snooty. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
