Old, appropriately maintanced and reasonably priced

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
My husband and I lived there from 2001-2003. During our time there they have fixed the minor problems that have occured. The manangement is a bit disorganized when it comes to remembering things they themselves have told you (so get it in writing). The community is much better than Santa Barbara Ampartments (next-door). Extremely quiet at night with plenty of parking.
