I moved here because it is affordable and they took my two dogs. I see alot of changes happening here. This place was really trashed after the hurricanes but the management company is working hard to get this place renovated. No it's not park avenue but you could do a lot worse! In a year this place will be the bomb.

I also live here, and there are LOTS of changes being made. Hope they don't raise the rent too much, I have a large 2br 1250 SF, but think they might be going condo as most Ceebraid properties are. I sure hope not, it's gonna be nice when they are completed.
