A great place to live! Right in downtown Winter Park.

Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2003
 
Have lived here for over 10 years. The current staff is the best ever! They have made both of these buildings as much like "home" as is possible for apartments. They have made many improvements to the buildings & the apartments.
