Smoke, Mold, High Electric Bill, Bad Lease Manager

Full of smoke- All tenants allowed to smoke inside the units. Disgusting. Management does nothing to help and does not try to resolve problems. There is mold in entire building! NO air filters in each unit lead to lots of dust bunnies everywhere. Electric bill in summer well over 200$ per month. Ridiculous. I recommend going somewhere else unless you're a smoker.
