I have been at Santa Barbara Apartments since June of 2008. My apartment is so perfectly laid out and so spotless when I moved in. Not the first bug problem since I have been here. I have had no problems like those I read about nor seen anything of the such. The management team is just THE BEST! Any time someone has even the smallest of problems the staff bends over backwards to help. Safety isn't a problem in the least. My neighbors are so kind and caring. The maintance crew is informed and very quick to respond to all our needs or concerns. They are all consistent in what they say and do. A nice change in this day and age. I feel very blessed to have been able to find such a wonderful apartment that I can call home !!!
