Seems nice...but look deeper

Seabrook appears to me a nice, quiet, well-maintained place to live, but looks can be deceiving. The Leasing Manager seems to be a key problem as to why Seabrook turns out to be unpleasant. Countless times I reported noise violations and they never seemed to be resolved. Since this Leasing Manager has been in the position, the quality of residents has dropped significantly and the turn over of Leasing Assistants has been alarming. It appears that she is rather difficult to interact with and I always walk away with a feeling of having been condescended to when I have dealt with her. She is also in the habit of leaving annoying little notes on your door when she has carelessly forgotten that you have made a payment for something and then she will accuse you of not having paid. Traffic in and out of the complex is a nightmare. You literally put your life in you hands when entering, exiting and especially turning left. Oh, and the security gate is merely an illusion. It almost never works and often remains open. It is almost always left open during the day so that Seabrook can lure potential new residents to come in. Noise was a problem for me there as was the bullying tactics and annoying personality of the Leasing Manager. Look closely before you leap.
