Don't let the fancey renovations and front gate fool you. This is hardly worth it. They make you pay 100 dollars extra if you have a remodeled apartment, which I geuss COULD be worth it if it wasnt faux granite countertops and faux wood floors. Not to mention everything looks pretty on the outside but on the inside nothing works. The Air Conditioning is broken which isnt a present living a florida, the ice machine, the washer and dryer, and the toilet all have crapped out on me. And don't think Maitenance is the solution, all they do is make temporary fixes on whatever's broken which is pretty half-assed if you asked me, they're too lazy to do the complete repair. I have to call numerous times about the same thing, and the maitenance team never understands why it keeps breaking down. Because they apparently dont understand the meaning of "temporary fix" in that it's not supposed to be permanent, but they never learn. So I'm paying close to 900 bucks a month (because they dont pay a single utility) and you don't even get 650 squareft of space, which would be reasonable if say one lived in New York City. I cant say that I feel unsafe, but the further back into the complex you get the shadier it looks. Everyone tailgates through the frontgate so that's pretty pointless. The emergency maitenance number is worthless, I was told that my AC being out was an emergency and when I called and left a message no one showed up until the following afternoon. I'm doing everything in my power to find some loop hole in the lease so I can move out. It's terrible.
