I've lived in apartments since college so maybe I'm just used to the fact that you're gonna hear your neighbors sometime. I don't know what some other people on here are talking about with all the bass stuff. I've only been here since Jan. but I don't have any complaints except that the office isn't open on Sunday. I use the computers in there and that's annoying.

I constantly hear my neighbors, it's not just "sometime". There is a constant wave of noise from loud cars (Exhaust and Bass). Anyone who has lived here for a day can tell you that. Parking here is horrendous. Some cars take up two stalls, while others remain parked in the same spot for weeks; with no action taken by the Apartment Complex. NICE TRY sweetps, but Seabrook is a WASTE of money.

This is Obviously the Apartment Office trying to cover it's tracks. The Bass problem is huge here. This post is a fake. Do not trust it. I know this review is a fake, because there are no computers available for the Renters to use in the office. The only computers in the office are for the Staff.
