A few problems but a good price

I have been here for about 3 years in a 3 bedroom apartment. The a/c is a problem. No duct work = poor air circulation to the bedrooms and a high electric bill. The buildings are old and with age comes some problems. One of them are the shingles on ALL the buildings which they are in the process of fixing. They took them off of my building, and we're waiting for replacements. The plumbing has it's problems too (dripping showers and such) but we don't pay the water bill!
Maintenance could be better. Emergency situations such as flooding are NOT handeled well. They need to work on their promptness. The staff is generally friendly but the turn over in the leasing office is unreal! There is always someone new. Makes you wonder.
All in all I say it could be better, but the price is right for the size of the apartments. They are big. And they let me have a cat... for a $400 pet fee. A little pricey.
