Our first thought when we saw the apartment..Very big. Carpet and kitchen cabinets are old. And if you are unlucky, a very noisy fridge that doesn?t keep things cold. Insist on a new fridge when moving in. Squirrels dig up the roof above your head in the morning. It's noisy and the parking is not that great if you live by the pool. I?ve parked, on occasion, around the dark corner where we lived. The back stairs that lead up stright to the apartmentsare great though, but I didn?t like the smell of the water as it hydrates the lawn in the nighttime. Keep your windows closed. If you dont mind the age, this place is great for the dollar. Be careful if you own A Honda, it could get vandalised. Watch out for the bugs, and we only had 2 incidents of the a/c not working in the 18 mos we lived there. The mail doesnt get crushed anymore, you have a mailhouse. There seems to be more families there than before. Not as much students. No gym facilities, but you can't beat the space.
